Common questions
How fast can my loved one get out?
We post the bond as soon as the paperwork is signed. After that, release time depends on the jail's processing — usually a few hours, sometimes longer at busy facilities.
How much does a bail bond cost?
In Florida the premium is 10% of the bond amount, with a $100 minimum per charge. Larger bonds may also need collateral. We'll give you the exact number on the phone.
What do I need to sign as a co-signer?
A valid photo ID, proof of address and a way to pay — Zelle, credit card, cash or wire. You're agreeing to help make sure the defendant goes to every court date.
Can I sign the paperwork from my phone?
Yes. We can send the bond application and agreements by text or email so you can sign electronically, wherever you are.
What happens if a court date is missed?
Call us immediately. Many missed dates can be fixed quickly if handled right away. That's why we text reminders before every court date.
Do you help with someone held outside Miami?
Yes. We write bonds in every Florida county — including Palm Beach, Martin, Brevard, Polk, Osceola and Orange — and anywhere else in the U.S.
We're up when you need us.
